FLOODPLAIN ANALYSIS
RMJR provides floodplain analysis for commercial and residential development projects as well as public infrastructure projects. We provide impact and encroachment analysis of proposed development. We provide all mapping survices for existing and proposed floodplains.
FLOOD MITIGATION AND LAND RECLAMATION
RMJR provides flood mitigation analysis and design for property and structures that are currently impacted by flooding. We provide design services to develop mitigation measures to remediate flooding of property. We also provide studies for land reclamation as related to sand and gravel mining facilities, agricultural land and similar uses.
DRAINAGE STUDIES FOR COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL DRAINAGE DEVELOPMENT
RMJR will prepare all the necessary documents and reports related to commercial and land development projects. We process drainage reports and studies and assist with the development of drainage alternatives and design of site infrastructure for land development. We will procure all necessary floodplain use permits and approvals from regulatory agencies.
FEMA FLOOD INSURANCE STUDIES
We prepare FEMA flood insurance studies for both private and commercial entities. We prepare Letter Of Map Revisions (LOMR), Conditional Letters of Map Revisions (CLOMR) for existing floodplains subject to changes in flood status. We also process the flood insurance studies through FEMA reviewing agencies and assist will all mapping needs as related to your project.
EROSION AND SCOUR ANALYSIS - EROSION MITIGATION DESIGN
We provide erosion and scour analysis for a variety of projects. We provide erosion mitigation design for protection of property and structures. We also provide investigated studies to determine the causes of erosion impacting properties.
STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLANS
We can provide SWPPP for a variety of projects. We will integrate the SWPPP design with your project to provide the least interruption of construction activities. Our SWPPP designs provide sensible and practical protection while meeting all agency requirements.
DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN FOR PUBLIC PROJECTS
We have experience in infrastructure design for small and large roadway projects. We provide design and construction documents for various state and local agencies.
DUE DILIGENCE STUDIES FOR PROPERTY ACQUISITION
We will determine the developable portion of the real estate as well as constraints which limit the specific use or development of real estate. We also determine encumbrances as related to access, floodplain setback and potential impacts due to future development adjacent to clients property.
